Welcome! Club Flavor Ohio is a Upscale BYOB Social Members only Nightclub where couples and select singles can come, socialize and enjoy a classy night out. 

Acceptance Information:

• **Acceptance is not guaranteed the same day you apply.
• If wanting to attend an event, please apply at least three days prior to the event to allow for the review process. Some reviews/background check may take longer. The privacy and security of our members is our top priority.
• Male & Female Single Membership slots are Limited. If the Male or Female single membership slots are sold out, you will not be approved until a slot opens up in that membership type. 
• We do NOT allow guests, walk-ins or applications at the door.
• Applications must meet all requirments below to be approved (See below for required items)

Required Items:

• Your Member Profile Section:
  • Each person’s FULL REAL LEGAL FIRST & LAST NAME that matches their ID's (Spelling Matters) are required to be entered into the Real Name field. (Real Names are used during review/ backgroud check process and door check-in.
  • They are not visible to the public or other site members.) Entering fake or incomplete names will result in deactivation of your account without refund and/or refusal of membership. 
  • Names on Profile/Membership Must match names on ID's. We do check ID's at every visit. We do not allow walk-ins or guests. 

• Member Pictures Section:
  • Membership card photo (STAFF/ADMIN) At least one clear face picture required of EACH applicant (Couples this means it must include each of you)
  • *****Applications without a face picture of EACH applicant will be denied!!!
    • This is only viewable by the Staff/Admin of Club Flavor & used during your check-in process.
    • Applications without face pictures of ALL applicants will NOT be approved. 
    • Do not include others in the picture or background who are not part of the application/profile. 

• Referral Section
  • Let us know who referred you (members' name) or how you heard about the club. This is only viewable by the Staff/Admin to assist during your application process. 

Additional Items Required Items:

• Complete ALL fields on the next page. Not completing all fields may result in delay/denial of approval.
  • You MUST fill out the Profile Statistics. If applying as a couple both people’s Profile Statistics must be completed. 
  • Your "About us" essay complements your pictures and tells us a little about yourself and how you heard about the Club. (Do not include anyones real full names) This is your space to put your best foot forward and let other members know what you are looking for or are open to. PUT SOMETHING!!!

• Member or Passkey Pictures Section:
  • • Profile Photos (Visible to other members)
    • You must put at least 2 pics visible to other members.
    • Keep it classy, NO nudity. Any more pics can go into your Passkey Album. Please submit 2-6 high-res, full-size photos (Thumbnail or uncropped photos with borders not permitted).
    • Sexy, classy pics are a must. Lingerie, shirt and jacket, class it up but keep it always sexy.
    • Please use small stylized minimal blurs or images. Do not scribble on your photos or put silly emoticon cartoons over your faces.
